About the Role
We are recruiting for Residential Assistants to support the Residential Services Department with the delivery of our Residential Life Programme and our day-to-day residential operations. The ultimate purpose of the role is to enhance the experience of residents living in Queen Mary accommodation, providing a safe and comfortable living environment that fosters a spirit of community in halls and promotes student wellbeing.
Working across three Queen Mary campuses and at our off-campus student accommodation, Residential Assistants will use their experiences in halls to assist us to continually improve the service we offer residents. Residential Assistants will contribute to content creation for our website and social media. Residential Assistants will suggest events and initiatives that promote good levels of engagement with the Residential Life Programme and have a chance to plan those events. Residential Assistants are essential to the nurturing of the on-campus community atmosphere and should help engage students at events.
